What does a typical engagement cost?

Engagements are structured as monthly retainers tied to scope, not hours. Think fractional-executive-level investment, typically starting from €3,000 depending on complexity and expectations. We'll share specifics after we talk through your situation.

How many hours per week are you actually involved?

It depends on the phase and your requirements. During diagnosis, I'm deeply embedded — often 2–3 days per week. During build and handover, involvement tapers as your team takes ownership. The goal is always decreasing dependency.

What happens if the fit isn’t right?

We scope every engagement with a 30-day checkpoint. If it's not working for either side, we part ways cleanly. No early lock-in contracts, no penalties. We'd rather end early than deliver mediocre work.
